Changes to specific Exhibits are noted in the responses and two (2) copies of all <br />changes to the application have been enclosed and a copy also placed on file with the Larimer <br />County Clerk and Recorder's Office. <br />6.4.3 EXH181T C -Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Mapfs) of Affected Lands <br />1. All of the maps have now been signed per Rule 8.2.1(b). The drawings also now more <br />clearly identify the 201-acre permit boundary and the slurry wall trench location. The legend <br />has been updated to assist with identifying these items. <br />2. The Phase 1-Cell 4 stockpile has been moved outside the floodway. All of the stockpiles <br />are to occur are outside the floodway during flood season. Temporary stockpiles will occur <br />within the floodway in Phase 2 -Cell 3, however only during the non-flood season. Exhibit <br />C-2 has been modified to clarify this detail. <br />6.4.4 EXHIBIT D -Mining Plan <br />3. A representative cross-sectional diagram of the slurry wall has been added to Exhibit C-2 on <br />Sheet 2. The owner will be LRM. The slurry wall average square footage per linear foot of <br />slurry wall and total linear feet of slurry wall for each mining phase is shown in the following <br />table: <br />av aax ls2l .
