Permit
Application No. M-2006-075 ~
Dear Rick,
As requested in your letter of January 16, 2007 I have forwarded a copy of the Granby
Ranch Wildlife Mitigation Plan to you (via e-mail). I have also sent you the exhibit which
contains the legal description for the land to which the Wildlife Mitigation Plan applies.
The Overlook Mine permit area is subject to the Plan.
Also, Granby Ranch retained a wildlife biologist, Rick Thompson, Western Ecosystems,
Inc, to meet with CDOW (as you also had requested) and attempt to address the
concerns stated in their letter of November 19, 2006. A meeting has taken place and the
attached letter from Rick Thompson presents the mitigation offered by Granby Ranch.
I hope this will allow you to approve this permit as soon as possible.
Si rely, G r)
/ ~r</X~~-+~
Paul Banks
Cc: Kyle Harris, Granby Ranch
