The proposed mime is known as the 19 Road Pit, and is located at or near Section 28,'/ <br />Township 1N, Range 2W, Ute Principal Meridian. <br />I The proposed date of commencement is February, 2003, and the proposed date of completion is V <br />February, 2005. The proposed future use of the load is pzivate lake. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date maybe obtained from the Division of. <br />Minerals and Greology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303)866- <br />3567, or at the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder's office, 750 Main Street, Grand function, <br />Colorado, or the above-named applicant.
