w
r~
U
Mr. Robert E. Wright, Jr. -2- May 21, 1984
As I mentioned, today, I received a telephone call from Mrs. Mildred Wegert
(4443 S. Clarkson, Englewood, Colorado 80110; phone: 781-1882). She is one
of the nearby landowners notified by you and has indicated that she is going
to protest the operation. Having not yet received the protest, I cannot judge
whether or not it has merit under our Rules and Regulations. However, if such
a protest is received, it will be presented to our Board and considered.
Thus, as we discussed, I assume that you will plan to be present for this
matter on Thursday afternoon, May 24, 1984. This is the most probable time
that this matter will be heard. The meeting is to be held in Room 110 of 1313
Sherman Street, here in Denver.
At the meeting, you and your client should be prepared to respond to any
protests and, if necessary, request a continuance until the June 27-28, 1984
meeting, if the Board feels that the situation will not permit approval of the
application during this months meeting. Please feel free to call me if you
have any questions.
Sincerely,
~•~
Mark S. Loye
Senior Reclamation Specialist
MSL/tlh
cc: Mrs. Mildred Wegert
Doc.
