Additional Comments: As outlined in the Exploration/Reclamation <br />section of the Notice of Intent application, approximately .9 miles of light <br />use roads were constructed in accordance with 4.03.2 and/or 4.03.3 regulations <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for coal mining. Sediment control <br />measures have been constructed to minimize erosion.
