Keffelew: <br />RECENED <br />SEP 13 2007 <br />Division of ReciemetiDn, <br />Mining and SEEfety <br />Thank you fox your correspondence dated August 17, 2007 (received by our office on August 30) <br />regarding the project referenced above. <br />A seazch of the Colorado Cultural Resource Inventory indicated that no surveys fox cultural resources <br />have been conducted within the proposed pernut area and no resources have been recorded within the <br />proposed permit area. However, our files contain incomplete information for this area, as most of <br />Colorado has not yet been inventoried for cultural resources.
