For Adequacy Issue #1 Maps - Amended and enclosed.
6. We will commit to topsoil stockpiles that have no greater than 3:1 slopes.
12. We will commit to use of 1 ton per acre certified weed free straw of hay
mulch crimped into the surface after seed application.
13. The drainage will not be touched and stockpiles and sediment ponds will be
built just north of this drainage. The reason the representative said these
things are because at first it was some of the options discussed before
fmalizing paper work. But we will do what ever is necessary from the State.
16. 1 looked over all figures in cost estimation -they all look OK.
17. As I stated before, we will not go across drainage at south end of Quarry,
although Quarry boundary is beyond drainage in certain areas.
We will also modify Exhibit M. so all materials needed for reclamation will
be hauled across drainage in bucketed equipment and not pushed into
drainage.
~~
~~~
