The sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO,) is dewa- <br />ten:d and filtered [o form a sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO,) <br />filter cake, which is wished wi[h fish cold wazcr to remove <br />salt (NaCI), sodium cabonate (Na_C0,), and o[hcr impu- <br />ridcs as a salt-rich brine filtrate, and the inter ci<e is dried <br />tD produce a high grade of natural sodium bicarbonate <br />(NaHCO,).
