<br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided antler the folloring:

<br />SPECIAL PROTECTIVE AND HIGHYAY LIABILITY POLICY NEY YORK DEPARTNENT OF TRANSPORTATION
<br />1. The insurance does not apply: facility' end any property thereat.
<br />A. Under any Liability Coverage, to 'bodily injury' or 2. As used in this endorsement:

<br />(2) Resulting from the 'hazardous properties' of 'Spent fuel' means any fuel element or fuel component,
<br />'nuclear materiel' antl rith respect to rhith (e) solid or liquid, which has been usetl or exposed to
<br />any person or organization is requl red to radiation in a 'nuclear reactor";
<br />eb lntain financial protection pursuant to the
<br />Atomic Energy Act of 1954, or any ler emendatory 'Waste' means any Taste material (a) contetning
<br />thereof, or (b) the 'Snsutttl' Ss, or had this •by-product material` other than the taflfngs or wastes

<br />any person or organizetf on.
<br /> (b) Any equipnent or device designed or used for
<br />C. Under any Liability Coverage, to `bpolly injury' or (1) separating the isotopes of uranium or
<br />'property damage" resulting from the "haznrdous plutonium, (2) processing or utilizing 'spent
<br />properties' of "nuclear material', if: fuel", or (3) hnndling, processing or packaging
<br /> 'waste";
<br />(1) The •nucteer material' (a) is at any "nuclear
<br />facility' owned by, or operated by or on 6ehelf (c) Any equipment ar device used for the
<br />of, en 'insured' or (b) has been discharged or processing, fabricetfng or alloying of 'special
<br />dispersed therefrom; nuclear materiel" 1f at any time the total amount
<br /> of such materiel in the custody of the 'insured'
