<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
<br />Board under provisioner of the Colorado
<br />Lend Reclamation Act (or the Extraction
<br />of Construction Materialer. The proposed
<br />mine is known as the Sand Arroyo Pit,
<br />end is located at or neaz Sections 21, 22,
<br />27, 28 Township 28 S., Range 67 W, 6th
<br />Prime Meridian
<br />The proposed date of commence-
<br />ment was 1950, and the proposed date of
<br />completion is 2040. The proposed future
<br />use of the land ie Rangeland.

<br />huerfano world; that the same is a weekly legal newspaper printed,
<br />in whole or in part and published in the County of Huerfano, State of
<br />Colorado, and has a general circulation therein; that said newspaper
