tion for a Regulaz (112) Construction
Materials Reclamation Pemut with the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Board under provisions of the Colorado
Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction
of Construction Materials. The proposed
mine is known as the Sand Arroyo Pit,
and is located at or near Sections 21, 22,
27, 28 Township 28 S., Range 67 W, 6th
Priate Meridian.
The proposed date of commence-
ment was 1950, and the proposed date of
completion is 2040. The proposed future
use of the land is Rangeland.

in whole or in part and published in the County of Huerfano, State of
