U <br /> <br />EXHIBIT S: Permanent Man-made Structures <br />AGRt -DLD Gravel Pit <br />1. There will be an access road leading from County 307 to the mining area. The road will <br />remain after mining operations are complete in order to access the parcel. <br />2. There is a pipeline corridor running through the southern portion of the mine boundaries. <br />3. There is a fence running north-south along the western border of the pit. <br />4. There is a fence running east -west along the northern border of the pit. <br />5. There is a fence running east -west along the southern border of the pit. <br />6. There is an existing auxiliary road to the south. The road will remain after mining <br />operations are complete in order to access the parcel. <br />The mining operation will not adversely affect the stability of any permanent man -made <br />structure, due to the setbacks indicated on the mining plan map, and detailed in the mining <br />plan. <br />The west and south boundary fences are owned totally or in part by AGRI-DLD, L.L.C. The <br />north boundary is removed from the affected area by terrain. <br />
