RECLAMATION. Lessee egrea it will reclaim the portion of the Property from <br />which it removed sand and gravel in accordance with the requiremenq of the Division of Minenl <br />and Geology of the Sgte of Colorado. Lessee shall have the right of access m the Property <br />subsequent to completion of iq mining to wmplue all necessary reclamation, which right shall <br />continue for not more than five (5) yearn afw casetioo of mining. <br />During the rtxlemation, snd for say sand sad gravel to which a royalty has been <br />paid, Laaee may remove any sand and gravel stockpiled during mining. <br />9. FB9AL ACCEPTANCE.
