S1~ 2.05.6(1) AIR POLLUTION CONTROL PLAN <br />An appropriate permit has been issued to Carbon Energy, <br />Inc. in connection with its proposed Vixon bone. The Vixon Mine <br />would have been operated as an alternative to the continued oper- <br />ation of the Peacock Coal Mine. However, coal interests of Carbon <br />Energy, Inc. have been acquired by the applicant, and it is believed <br />that the existing permit in favor of Carbon Energy, Inc. for the <br />proposed Vixon bone can be transferred to the Peacock Coal brine. <br />• <br />• <br />-93- <br />
