RE: Minor Revision for the Reconstruction of a Portion of the Haul Road
Leading to the Bear Coal Mine - File No. C-033-81
Dear Mr. Bear:
The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has comnpleted it's review of the
Bear Coal Company's minor revision to widen the haul road by 4 feet along a 50
foot section. The Division hereby approves the revision with the condition
that upon completion, the road will be inspected and certified by an
• appropriately qualified registered professional engineer and that within 30
days of completion of construction, a certified copy of the inspection be sent
to the Division. Construction of the haul road must comply with Rule 4.03.1
of the regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal
Mining.
