Eldon Strict <br />ACZ Inc. <br />737 Lincoln Ave. <br />PO Box 774018 <br />Steamboat Springs, CO 80477 <br />Re: Bear Nine reconstruction certification <br />File: C-033-81 <br />Dear Mr. Strict: <br />As I indicated to you in our phone conversation of April 6, 1984 <br />we are requesting that you provide additional detail in the Bear <br />haul road certification. <br />Specifically, the certification should state that the road re- <br />construction was completed in compliance with the designs of <br />the approved technical revision, including "Proposed Highway <br />Access Road Profile A - A' and Cross Sections". The latter <br />plan was submitted December 21, 1983 as required by Stipulation <br />No. 1 of the technical revision. <br />A Notice of Violation has been issued to Bear due to the fact <br />that the haul road certification was not submitted by March 1, <br />as specified in the January inspection report.
