Len, a registered professional engineer, registry number 25750, in the state of Colorado, certify that <br />the PM Bay Access Road was resurfaced in accordance with our recommendations outlined in Exhibit 25H. <br />• The contractor resurfaced approximately 1700 to 1800 lineal Feet of roadway. The portion of the roadway <br />resurfaced started approximately 100 east of the west end of the roadway and terminated at the western most <br />warehouse building situated towards the east end of the road. <br />We inspected [he subject roadway during a period of May 16, 1996 through May 28, 1996 to verify [ha[ the <br />subbase and road base gravels were placed and compacted [o at least 95% of [be modified Proctor density <br />determined in accordance with ASTM D1557. We also verified that the contractor had placed the required <br />amount of subbase and base course gravels, 8 inches and 6 inches, respectively. <br />The contractor had placed a 12 to 18 inch [hick layer of subbase gravels over the existing gravels and a 6 inch <br />thick layer of base course gravels over the pit run gravels.
