15. 6.3.7 EXHIBIT G -SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT-TO-ENTER <br />All lands affected by this reclamation permit application are National Forest lands under the <br />jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture aad are open to mineral location under the mining laws <br />of 1872. The mining sites and for which this application is being submitted are located as previously <br />listed on the Smoky Hawk, Elk Horn, Blue Smoky, Wolf Fang, and Qui-Buc No. 2 claims only. The <br />Glacier Peak Mining index maps show all Glacier Peak claims as information to the State of Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology and as useful public information No mining is proposed for Qui- <br />Buc No. 3, Qui-Buc No. 8, and the Cut Dog claims and these claims are not being permitted under this <br />application Ptivate property exists in the northeast comer of Qui-Buc No. 8; however, no access nor <br />right to enter this private property is being sought as this claim is not part of this permit application. <br />We intead never to mine in this area and have informed the land owners, Michael and Connie Stanton <br />ofthis decision <br />
