PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS CERTIFICATION
I, Eldon D. Strid, being a registered professional engineer in the
State of Colorado, do hereby certify that Sedimentation Pond E and
associated diversion structures have been constructed based on the
hydrologic and hydraulic designs in this report. As built surveys
indicate that additional excavation is required to provide sufficient
design storage in Sediment Pond E. The following designs have been
revised for the required additional volume.
