Attached is a copy of the Proof of Publication for this <br />operation. Also, attached are copies of the return receipt <br />cards for adjoining owners and easement holders of record. In <br />three cases the adjoining owner did not pickup their letter so <br />a copy of the returned unopened envelope is enclosed. <br />Rule 6.4.5 Exhibit C-1 Mining Plan Map <br />2. This map was revised as you suggested. The scale makes it <br />hard to distinguish various lines showing mined areas and size <br />of operation stages. The hatched areas show the limits of <br />mining in each area. These represent the setbacks proposed, <br />assuming the necessary clearances are obtained from the <br />owners, for structures not owned by the company or principals <br />in the company. These may change as P56G works with the oil <br />6 gas companies and ditch company. <br />Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />3. So noted. As the mine develops, minor changes due to irregu- <br />larities in the land, and how an area has developed would be <br />noted in the annual report. PS&G realizes, that if the <br />
