<br /> <br />NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION <br />FOR COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />FOR LIMITED IMPACT (1101 OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />OF THE LOCAL SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />~o r ~ ~, /~~ KS DISTRICT <br />1./c~ y ~G J • k~N s.c P/~ (the "Applicant/Operator") has applied for <br />a Limited Impact (110) reclamation permit from the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") to conduct mining operations <br />in ~- ar ! na c r County. The attached information is being <br />provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed <br />operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (the "Division") and the local county clerk <br />and recorder. <br />The applic nt/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to <br />Gr`o~(gvr~ use. Pursuant to Section 34-32-116(7) (j), C.R.S., <br />the Board is required to confer with the local Soil Conservation <br />Districts before approving of the post-mining land use. <br />Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the <br />proposed operation.
