We have not received a reply to our recent letter and follow-up recuest
to submit annual fees in the amount of $1,050.00 to keep the permit for
your mining operation! current.
Since you have not provided us with any information that would change the
debt, the amount owed must be paid in accordance with the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 39, C.R.S. 1973, as amended.
By not answering our request, you will make it necessary for us to refer
the debt to the State of Colorado Attorney General for collection action.
Please make your check or money order payable to: The Colorado Division
of Mined land Reclamation.
Also, to keep us advised of the progress of your reclamation activity,
along with the annual fees, please send the following:
1. Annual Report as described in our first letter.
2. Map, as described in our first letter.
Please complete and return the enclosed form with your fees and/or
reclamation data.
