On May 24, 2001, Mike Sherman of the Division of Wildlife called Banks and Gesso, LLC to inquire about the Green/Croissant Sand and Gravel Mine. He stated that loss of wetlands was his biggest concern, and that his comments to the DMG would reflect this. Banks and Gesso, LLC solicited Mr. Sherman's input on elk, migration routes, and other habitat issues, but Mr. Sherman did not have any comments related to these issues at that time. 6.4.12 EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs 19.
