<br />~~ <br />• How will water enter the pond, and be discharged from the pond after reclamation? <br />Please locate these features on the exhibit. <br />• Please characterize the overburden (limestone) in terms of density, cohesion, and internal <br />angle of friction. <br />• Confirm the width and depth of the Boyd Lake Outlet Ditch as well as the width of the <br />embankment separating it from the pond. <br />• Please reference the source of the soil densities, cohesion numbers, and internal angle of <br />friction for the "alluvium," "embankment," and "claystone." <br />Please be advised that the Wagner/Kauffman Pit #3 application may be deemed inadequate, and <br />the application may be denied on September 13, 1999 unless the above mentioned adequacy <br />review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to <br />complete your reply, the Division can grant an extension to the decision date. This will be done <br />upon receipt of a written waiver of your right to a decision by September l3, 1999 and request <br />for additional time.
