We keep lists of the addressees, and make notes on the lists when the people call or write in.) <br />This list isn't necessarily complete. We may have talked to some people, and have no reca~d of it. But this <br />is a good shot at the majority. <br />We tape their word for it, if they claim they have no discharge. However, we try to exlrlain that if later <br />someone else visits the site and makes a different determination, they may need to get a permit. We also don't <br />require written notification of No Discharge. If they want written confirmation, however, then they have to <br />make a written request. We will do a better job of making sure you get copies of any of these letters that we <br />send out. <br />We aze about to send out another batch of letters.
