In the event of a spill incident, the contaminated areas will be cleaned up with on-site equipment and personnel. <br />All PCB transformers have been retrofilled and are free of PCB's. <br />If an incident ocnus within the waste accumulation area, Ute Emergency Response Plan (attached) will be <br />implemented as needed. <br />IV.
