• <br />Addendum to Rational for Approval Recommendation <br />Application for Stone Gravel Pit <br />Permit No. M-97-089 <br />Page 9 <br />dealing with Stormwater Permits and their associated Stormwater Management Plans are <br />identified in the Proposed Pre-Hearing Conference Order, item 10, and addressed in DMG <br />1!20/98 Rationale for Approval Recommendation, item 12. <br />Please note that Rule 6.4.13 requires that the applicant only identify which permits, <br />licenses and approvals he/she holds or will be seeking in order to conduct the proposed <br />mining and reclamation operations. <br />9. The December 17, 1997 finding of inadequacy hes not been remedied and compe/s you to <br />recommend denial of this epplicetion... Cerefu/ comparison with Stone's response of <br />December 22, 1998, reveals that the applicant has not remedied the reasons for the initial <br />finding. <br />Issues relating to the adequacy of the application are identified in the Proposed Pre-Hearing <br />Conference Order, items 2 - 12, and addressed in DMG 1 /20/98 Rationale for Approval <br />Recommendation. <br />10. App/icant's simultaneous c/aims fhat there wi/l be no interaction with groundwater and that no <br />Stormwater wi// run off-site until Unit /X defies logic and is indicative of the level of accuracy <br />and detail in the overall application. <br />Issues relating the adequacy of Exhibit G, Water Information, and specific to potential <br />impacts to groundwater and control of surface drainage, are identified in the Proposed Pre- <br />Hearing Conference Order, item 6a, b, c and d, and addressed in DMG 1 /20/98 Rationale <br />for Approval Recommendation, item 6. <br />
