2.03.9 -PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE
<br />INFORMATION
<br />A certificate certifying that National King Coal, LLC has a public liability
<br />insurance policy in force which meets the minimum requirements as
<br />specified in 2.03.9(1) has been forwarded to:
<br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology
<br />Mined Land Reclamation Division
<br />1313 Sherman Street Room 215
<br />Denver, Co. 80203
<br />Renewals of this policy shall be forwarded to the above address.
<br />The policy shall be maintained in full force during the life of the permit
<br />and any renewal thereof, including completion of all reclamation
<br />operations under Rule 4.
