In attendance was the Office staff, the Pre-hearing <br />Officer, the applicant, and the sole objector who is Mr. Robert Wyler. <br />At this conference, it was deterniined that Mr. Wyler has three possible points of objection which <br />the Board may heaz. It was agreed to and ordered by the Pre-hearing Officer that he should <br />submit specific evidence substantiating his three objections to the Division and the applicant by <br />5:00 p.m. on November 7, 1996. <br />As of this date the applicant has not received such evidence. In addition, we are not aware the <br />Division has received this evidence.
