I've been up there on the
scar - I've taken the tour, I've been given the word from
the legal staff and the public relations staff and I've
heard the sad stories about how hard it is to make any-
thing grow up there. (Ia the first place you don't plant
a mountain or a forest like an orchard - they have the
upper area flattened out and terraced and planted in rows --
unbelievable: All they have to do is drive Vail Pass and
see hox to do it properly.
Surely there must be someone, somexhere xho cares, and
has the legal ability to stop them: - ?
Sincerely and hopefully
