Per a discussion with Joe Gagl~no of Barnhart and Associates, the applicant will submit
some minor changes to the language of the permit application that were identified during
the pre-operation inspection and review. The changes are so minor as to only need a
verbal commitment from the operator, to be followed up with a hard copy, iri order to .'
approve the application. The changes are as follows:
1. Change from "straw mulch" to noxious weed free mulch in Section D
2. Add language indicating removal or breaching of containment berm once reclamation
is completed.
3. provide address for Town of Gardiner.
