<br />Colorado, herein called "Trurtee;' and the United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration,
<br />United Staten Department of Agriculture, as beneficiary, herein called the "Government," and:
<br />WHEREAS Borrower u indebted to the Government as evidenced by one or more promissory note(s) or usumprion
<br />agreement(s), herein called "note," which hu been executed by Borrower, u payable to the order of the Government, author-
<br />izes acceleration of the entire indebtedness at the option of the Government upon any default by Borrower, solo described

<br />Md the note evidences a loan to Borrower, and the Government, at any time, may assign the note and insure the pay-
<br />ment thereof pursuant to the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act, Title V of the Housing Act of 1949, or any
<br />other statutes administered by the Fumenc Home Administration;
<br />Md it is the purpose and intent of this instrument that, among other things, at all times when the note u held by [he
<br />Government, or N the event the Government should utign this instrument without insurance of the note, this instrument
<br />shall secure payment of the note; but when the note u held by an insured holder, this instrument shall not secure payment
<br />of the nou or attadr to the debt evidenced thereby, but u to the note and such debt shall constitute an indemnity mortgage
<br />to secure the Government against loss under iv insurance contract by reuon of any default by Borrower;
<br />And thu instrument also secures the recapture of any interest credit or subsidy which may be granted to the Borrower
<br />by the Government pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §1490x.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the loan(s) Borrower d«s hereby grant, bugain, seU, convey, and assign unto
<br />trustee with general wurant the following-dexribed property situated in the County(ies) of
<br />Morgan State of Colorado:

<br />limitation 8 shares of the capital stock of the Upper Platte and Seaver Canal Company;
<br />one share of capital stock of the Jackson Lake Reservoir 6 Irriggation Company and
<br />irrigation well, permit ;k0362, water adjudication file 1kW2968-A10; together with the
<br />following irrigation equipment; One 20 h.p. General Electric Motor, Serial No.
<br />OLJ204052; One 8" Layne Bowler Pump, Serial 4r`N1189; and together with all Narrows Reser-
<br />voir rights applied for and all other water and water rights appurtenant thereto.
<br />EXCEPT a arcel of land described as follows: The North 704 ft. of the East 175 ft.
<br />of the NEPSE'y Sec. 30, T4N, R56W of the 6th P.A1., containing in all 2.828 acres and
<br />subject to an easement fora county road and drain ditch along the east side; and an
