TI-~S PERMIT is issued by the Mused Land Reclamation Board, Departrnent of Natural Resources,
State of Colorado.
RECITALS
A. The Permittce, Mullett's Excavating, L.L.C. desires to conduct a marring operation lmown as
Mulletts Expvting Pit # 1, for the purpose of extracting sand and gravel. The Permatee will nd mine any
seconday commodities.
B. On November 7, 2000 the Mined Land Reclamation Hoard (the "Board") approved the
Permittee's application for this permit, fixed the amount ofthe financial waranty and directed that this perm be
issued upon the filing with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Divisier") of performance warranty and
financial warranty (or wararrties) in the anwutrt so fixed in form and substance approved by the Division. Said
wararrties have beat 51ed with the Division.
C. lfthe Pemtittee desires to extract materials other than those listed ut (A), a separate permit may
be required.
D. On November 7, 2000 the Board made the following findings:
1. The application for this permit complies with the requirentatts of the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Ad for the Extraction of Construction Materials, C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sue., as amended, and
with all applicable local, state and federal laws;
2. The operation will not adversely affect the stability of any significarrt, valuable, and
pemtanent man-made strudtrre located within two htmdred fed of the Affected Land, except where there is an
agreemert between the Operator and the persons having an urterest m the structure that damage to the structure is
to be compensated for by the Permittce; and;
