Drill seed into clean, titled bed in November or April at a <br />depth of 1/2" to 3/4" deep. Mulch with grass hay at 4000 Ibs/A. <br />Rates should be doubled if seed is broadcast or hydro-seeded. Fertilize 200#/A of <br />18-0-0 (N) and 200#(A 0-46-0 (P) or as per soil test.
