Room 215 <br />Denver, Co. 80203 <br />Dear Mr Mount, <br />I received your letter informing us that our 110 application for <br />the Chaparral Pit is scheduled for a decision for April 17, 1995. <br />Prior to that decision we need to post in a newspaper publication <br />a notice of our filling an application with your department. Also <br />I need to send out a copy to all land owners with in two hundred <br />(200) feet of the affected area, within ten (10) days of the <br />application submittal. The application submittal date was March <br />17, 1995 and I received the letter from your office March 27, 1995 <br />which will not allow the required time for the public notice <br />requirements. I will be able to put the notice in the local paper <br />on April 6, 1995 with the public comment period to extend to April <br />16, 1995.
