If the mining operation injures <br />the performance of these wells (or any other nearby wells), Hal!-Irwin will <br />work with the well owners to mitigate the impacts. Possible corrective <br />measures may include: deepening the well, augmenting the well with <br />dewatering water or relocating the well. <br />Please refer to the attached letter from Brad Hagen for our response to item 2 in your <br />letter.
