Box 521 <br />Aguilar, CO 81020 <br />Re: MSF/Feister Pit #1, File No. M-2006-010, Receipt of 110 ConstruMion Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Application <br />Deaz Ms. Candy: <br />On January 24, 2006, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit application for the MSF/Feister Pit #1, which is located in Las Animas County. All comment and review periods <br />began on January 24, 2006. The decision date for your application is scheduled for Febnlary 23, 2006. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notce to all <br />owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that <br />are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof <br />of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology <br />prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be <br />reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the Las Animas County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act.
