Gromke, dated April 4, 1999, received by DMG on April <br />7, 1999, stated concerns about noise, property values, traffic problems, and commercial business in <br />residential areas. <br />Any interested person may participate in the informal conference by submitting written comments or <br />by appearing in person. Any issue raised orally, by any person at the Informal Conference, that was <br />not previously submitted in writing, shall be submitted in writing, to DMG, by such person, within <br />five working days after the Informal Conference.
