Verification is enclosed. The Performance Warranty is <br />also enclosed. <br />EXHIBIT A -CONFIRMATION: <br />(1) Revised map of legal description enclosed. Map marked Exhibit "A" and <br />applicant identified. <br />(2) The person owning the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 32 is Andrew Castillo, the <br />same surface owner of the permit area. <br />(3) Measurements from the nearest point of the permit area to the adjacent land <br />owners to the north, south and east are as follows: From the southeast corner of <br />the pit, south to the property boundary and fence of David Mitchell Fahey is 600 <br />feet. From the northeast corner to the property boundary and fence of Joseph <br />Montoya is 443 feet. From the northwest comer to the Andrew Castillo fence is <br />263 feet. <br />EXHIBIT B -CONFIRMATION: <br />Refer to Exhibit "A" confirmation Item #3.
