DeWitt: <br />The D vision has reviewed the Grand County application to determine if it <br />adequ ely addresses the requirements of Rules 3 and 6 of the Regulations. <br />The fQ'llowing questions and conments should be addressed by September 21, <br />1984 '~I order to give sufficient time for review before the September 26-27 <br />meeti of the Board. <br />(1.)+ Topsoil should be salvaged from all areas in which compaction or con- <br />tami'hation might occur, including work/process areas and roads. Please pro- <br />vid the areas where topsoil will be salvaged, the estimated topsoil salvage <br />dep~nd the estimated total volume of soil needed for reclamation. <br />(2.) Zlhat will the maximum depth of the pit be in relation to the road and <br />to the creek?
