Testimony ~~ms presented that asphalt batch plants <br />arc naturally and normally used in connection t,ith gravel pits and <br />a'3 incidental to the main operation of the yravel pit. <br />aye RF,SOLUTION <br />{•lHEREAS, the Board having made its Findings and said <br />Findings being incorporated in this Resolution by this reference <br />as though fully set foa:th herein; <br />A'OP;, BE IT RESOLVED, that the IIoard interprets the <br />Comprehensive Zoning Resolution to include asphalt batch plants <br />as well as cement batch plants as accessory to the operation of <br />gravel pits. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in order for the Petitionez <br />to operate a asphalt batch plant at the location requested special <br />review by the Board of County Commissioners of that use would be <br />required. <br />The question was called and all members presented voted <br />in favor of the Findings and Resolution. T)te Findings and <br />Resolution were duly adopted. <br /> <br />Petitioner further requested a special exception to <br />permit the operation of an asphalt batch plant upon the above- <br />described property.
