To approve the variance as requested would be consistent <br />with the intent and purposes of the Comprehensive Zoning P,esoluLi.on. <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the Board having made its Findings and <br />said Findings being incorporated in this Resolution by this <br />reference as though fully set fort}i herein; <br />i70W, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Petitioner be and 'she <br />hereby is granted a variance as requested to construct a d'.aelling <br />25 feet from her front property line on'the above-described property. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that in the event the Petitioner <br />Vivian M. Watenpaugh not act upon the variance granted herein <br />by using the above-described property in accordance ~•iith this <br />granted variance within one year from the date of this Resolution, <br />this Resolution shall be null and void and of ito further force and <br />effect unless upon good cause shown to this Board, and said period <br />of time shall have been extended, Such application for an e>:tension <br />of time shall be made by Petition to this Board submitted to the <br />Board on or before one year from the date of this Resolution. <br />The question was called and all members aresent voted <br />in favor of the Findings and Resolution. The Findings and <br />Resolution were duly adopted. <br />Flatiron Paving Company <br />The Petition of Flatiron Paving Company requesting <br />interpretation of the Comprehensive 7.oning Resolution was presented <br />to the Board.
