R58Wf Sec4,5,8 <br />Name/Type and Lacatian of Mlne (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species List <br />Typical Upland Species <br />Various Passerine Birds <br />Homed lark <br />Western Rattle Snake <br />Endangered/Critical Species/Impacted: <br />No known endangered/ critical speces <br />No Prairie Dogs <br />Critical Habitats/Vegetative Communities impacted: <br />Area contains shortgrass prairie and rock out crops with shallow soils <br />Recommended that all activities assoaabed with mining reclaim areas to shortgrass prairie <br />habitat. <br />Recommend that any Riparian habitats be avoided and a buffer of 300' enforced <br />Assessment of impact: <br />Disturbance to shortgrass habitat is likely from the proposed actions. No known species <br />present of spedal status. Although impact to shortgress habitat is likely, overall impact to <br />wildlife species is minimal. <br />Mine Reclamation Recommendations (include key species/habitats for which <br />restoration is designed): <br />The Division of Wildlife should be consulted before reclamation activies occur to insure <br />benefits to wildlife.
