EXHIBIT C power and communication lines, structures
No power or communication lines will interfere with our mining project. Information
given to be from the local telephone company indicates that the phone service runs in
the borrow ditch around Section 14. On County Road 21, it lies in the east ditch side,
County road 22 on the south side in the ditch, and on County Road 23, 1/2 mile east of
our access to the pit , it runs in the west ditch and into the driveway to service the
house at that location, which is a farm house of Hazel Gall, the owner of the section
we will be mining in. On County Road 20 the phone lines run in the borrow ditch on
the north side of the road.
Included in this report is a map of existing power lines serviced by Highline Electric.
These lines do not interfere with our mining area.
There is an electrical line running from the farm house on County Road 23 to the pit
site at the south end of the access road (see photo #5). This guy wire will need to be
raised to accomodate taller truck traffic.
A farm house with out buildings and fencing is on the NE 1/4 of Section 14, and
belongs to the owner of the affected and permitted acreage, Hazel Gall. Fences are
indicated on the surveyor's map included in this Exhibit C and seen in photos
included.
The mining is taking place in the Southfork of Frenchman Creek and eroded areas in
the NE 1/4 of the Section from County Road 21 can be seen in the pasture leading to
the creek area to accomodate runoff of water.
EXHIBIT C
power & communication lines,
structures
