Our mining operation will not affect any structures within 200 feet of the operation
except the fence at the entrance of the access road. Our lease with the property
owner, which is notorized, addresses this with the statement:
"Lessee agrees to repair any damage to the fence or other property
of Lessor caused by the Lessee, or the agents or employees of
Lessee. "
Photos and a diagram are attached to show the man-made structures within 200 feet.
