EXHIBIT L RECLAMATION COSTS <br /> The following are the calculations we have come up with for the cost of sloping the <br /> banks disturbed to a 3:1, removing road surfacing gravel from 20 foot wide roads, and <br /> spreading 6 inches of topsoil over the area to be reseeded. The creek bed itself will <br /> not be seeded . The seed cost came from submitting the mix from the Soil <br /> Conservation Service to Grainland Coop, the slope grading from our heavy <br /> equipment charges to customers, including travel time from either Haxtun or Holyoke, <br /> and the reseeding charge from a local resident of Haxtun who sows seeds <br /> commercially. Although much of the bank may not be disturbed, the area calculation <br /> came from estimating 1/2 mile of bank graded from a 6 foot mined bank, 20 foot wide <br /> to a 3:1 slope, times 2 sides for approximately 3 acres and two 20 foot access roads for <br /> approximately 2 acres, for a total of 5 acres total. <br /> EQUIP.
