<br /> <br />F.XHTBTT M - 0TH .RMTTS .T ENS .S <br />(Revised 01/06/95) <br />Below is a summary of other relevant permits that will be necessary <br />in order to conduct the proposed mining and reclamation operations <br />described in this permit application. <br />1 <br />Commerce City - Use by Permit Approval <br />Will be submitted to be processed either concurrently or <br />after DMG permit is issued. <br />2 <br />CDH - APEN and Fugitive Dust <br />Will be submitted and obtained prior <br />operations. <br />3 <br />NPDES - Stormwater <br />Will be prepared <br />operations. <br />a <br />NPDES - Process Water <br />and obtained prior <br />to beginning <br />to beginning <br />The existing approved NPDES Permit currently in use for <br />the South Dahlia Pit would be utilized for this operation <br />using the same discharge point for this operation, upon ~PL~ <br />approval of an amendment to include discharge from this <br />property. This existing permit may also be amended to <br />change the discharge point(s). If amendments to the <br />existing NPDES permit for the South Dahlia Pit are not <br />allowed, a new discharge permit will be obtained prior to <br />beginning operations. <br />5 <br />Division of Water Resources/Water Court Approval <br />Application for a gravel well permit will be initiated f1Q~f~ <br />prior to initiation of any groundwater use by <br />evaporation, dust control, or removal in the mined <br />product. <br />6 <br />Wetlands 404 Dredge and Fill Permit <br />Will be obtained if needed prior to beginning operations <br />in mining area. The operation will fall under approval <br />of UD&FCD 404 permit for construction of flood control <br />projects in S. Platte River. <br />
