a~ . 0 ~~~~~A~ <br />PUBLIC NOTICE C'T t(.~ <br />r~~On 0 <br />of <br />Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa County; PO Box 3609 ~d 100/ <br />Junction, Colorado 81502, (970) 243-4900, has filed an application for a Reclamation °~ip~~ <br />Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the °O~oB` <br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />proposed mine is known as BLM Pit #1 and is located at or near Section 35, Township 1 <br />South, Range 1 East, Ute Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is January 1, 2002, and the proposed date of <br />completion is December 31, 2012. The proposed future use of the land is desert range <br />land. <br />Additional information and the tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567 or at the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder's office; 544 Rood Ave., <br />Grand Junction, Colorado, or the above named applicant. A complete copy of the <br />application is available at the above named County Clerk and Recorder's office or at the <br />Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be <br />received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on <br />
