Long <br />Division Director <br />Re: Request for an Extension of the Decision Due Date, Geroux Gravel Pit, File No. M-2000- <br />059 <br />Dear Mr. Barnhart: <br />The Division received a copy of your approved agency agreement with Mr. and Mrs. Geroux, <br />permit applicants, to represent them during the permitting process. <br />The Division also received your request fora 60 day extension of the decision due date which is <br />currently set for August 16, 2000. The request is hereby approved. The new decision due date is <br />October 15, 2000. <br />As you know, we do not have to wait the fu1160 day period.
