The person who handles these was not there when I called on Apri126, so I called back this morning. Although the deadline was noon on Apri126 for the May 2 edition, they still had some room available and was able to slip it in for a May'2 start of the 4 publications. They will charge about $220, which is quite sensible and reasonable for a private public notice. Unfortunately, this puts it outside the 10 day requirement. Therefore, I am requesting that the date of the beginning of the comment and review periods be changed to Apri123 rather than April 19 as stated in the letter dated Apri122. I still have not received a copy of that letter other than the fax you sent on the morning of Apri126. Tf I might suggest something, in the future when the permitting contact~is different from the operator it might be useful to fax a copy of the complete letter because permitting contacts are usually the ones that arrange for publication; rather than the applicant. Relying on the mail these days seems to be rather precarious. One might also email word of completeness, although that too can go awry, but it is better than the mail.
